What is your 2018 personal resolution?

It is very important...

That you make your strong resolution in this new year for you to experience the change you want to see in your life in 2018.

This is due to the fact that whatever you get and see happening in your life is a result of the decisions you made sometimes back let say in 2017 which determines your current behavior, and you clearly know that you are your behavior, so if you won't do something to change your current behavior then you are surely going to experience the same results in this new year (2018), shortly there is no new year to you if you will keep behaving the same as you had been behaving in 2017 only number will have been changed to you.

If you haven't made your resolution which is a strong decision of what you are going to do and what you are not going to do in your daily routine in 2018, it will be hard to get what you want in life in this new year. Remember life  will always give you what you deserve not what you want. Deserving is about making a resolution and living it.

One of my resolution is...

Being committed to my 2018 resolutions and I would real like you to make it your resolution as well.

What is commitment to you?

To me commitment is that state of doing something when you don't feel like doing it, this helps me always execute my action plans since I do things even when I am not feeling like doing them. As you know it always feel like not doing a lot of actions we plan due to the fact that they make us feel uncomfortable though such activities are the one that have higher chances of making us succeed in life so we need commitment for us to pursue them.

My call to you today is that whenever you feel like not doing something to your objectives or resolutions then that is the time for you to actually wake up and do them.

Finally, if you haven't yet made your 2018 resolution please go do that now with commitment.

All the best in 2018.

yours

HAVE YOU PLANNED YOUR NEXT YEAR? DO THIS BEFORE THE END OF THIS YEAR.

As years pass we need to move ahead in our life development, we need to personally develop and achieve our vision, our dreams at least to come out with new achievements, we need to go more steps ahead economically, socially and may be politically.

The fact is that you will never realize your dreams if you do not plan because planning activate activities to do on your dreams. I want to show you what you can do to plan for next year so that you can deliver and realize what you have dreamt to achieve in the coming year.

In fact you need to personally evaluate yourself on what happened this year and plan what you will be doing next year. I have prepared you some strategic points/ questions which will guide you on your personal evaluation. This evaluation can be done perfectly in a calm or cool environment, a place where you feel cool and relaxing when you are there. In my case when I was doing this I used to go to hotel close to beach and take a room, stayed there alone for 24 hours evaluating and planning for next year.

Being there I got a chance to meditate while seating on the beach, for sure I got a lot of new ideas, I made a new personal vision for next year, I acquired a very powerful, inspiring and big dream and then I made a strategy, so next year I have a very good plan and very confident year. I am now stressed free for next year I hope at the end of next year I will realize the great achievements of my vision, my goals and dreams because already I know the way to go through, I have a map to follow.

I kindly ask you to do this activity and you will realize what I am telling you and it will help you a lot. Please go with me through these guidelines.

PERSONAL EVALUATION GUIDING QUESTIONS

  • What was the most fun I had this past year?
  • What did I lean this past year?
  • What did I change for good this past year?
  • What bad habits did I pick up this past year?
  • What books had the biggest impact on me this past year?

THE WAY FORWARD

·         What important projects would I like to complete this next year?
·         What am I looking forward to in my personal life this next year?
·         What skills would I like to sharpen this next year?
·         What books will help me the most this next year?
·         How can I increase my service to others this next year?
·         How much would I like to earn this next year?

Succeeding to answer all these questions effectively you are going to realize a new personal vision and mission of your life and next year is going to be a year with full of success to you but only if you are going to work on your entire mission you have discovered through this exercise. Remember to write down each and every answer you are coming up with.

Please I hope to see you back and share your success with others through this blog next time and may be next year.

God bless you more.

Bye!

Erick Chrispin.

Social Entrepreneurship; A new perspective for country’s development?

                                                                             By Adrian Nzamba

Discovering social entrepreneurs!

For as long as there has been poverty and inequality in the World, so as there has been a presence of people in groups or just as individuals who have always been there with establishment and initiatives that played a fundamental key role in supporting other who were in deep struggles of poverty and inequality. And because of their prestigious personalities they were given names such as visionaries, humanitarians, philanthropists, reformers, saints, or simply great leaders. Attention was paid to their courage, compassion, and vision but rarely to the practical aspects of their accomplishments. For example, we might have learnt about Florence Nightingale on how she ministered the wounded soldiers but not that she built the first professional school for nurses and revolutionized hospital construction.

These people of such caliber are regarded today as Social Entrepreneurs. Social entrepreneurship has been defined by many scholars throughout the years but till to date there is no universal recognized definition but the most widely cited definition was of offered by Greg Dees who draws on the thinking of the economists Jean-Baptiste Say and Joseph A. Schumpeter, who argued that “entrepreneurs improve the productive capacity of society and provide the ‘creative destruction’ that propels economic change.” Dees holds that social entrepreneurs do the same for social change, creating new combinations of people and resources that significantly improve society’s capacity to address problems.

Is Social Entrepreneurship the best solution to our Social problems?

Social entrepreneurs are and have always been developing innovative business models that blend traditional capitalism with solutions that address the long-term needs of our planet. They are tackling chronic social problems, ranging from healthcare delivery in sub-Saharan Africa to agricultural transformation in East Asia and public-school funding in the United States. Social entrepreneurs are working in close collaboration with local communities, incubating groundbreaking-and often lifesaving-innovations; modeling synergistic partnerships with governments, companies, and traditional charities; and building business models that deploy technology and enable networking to create wins for investors and clients alike.

New challenges, new solutions!

According to World Economic Forum Global Agenda of 2015, it listed deepening income inequality and persistent jobless growth as the major challenges faced by the World to date. Where we have the rich continue to accumulate wealth at record breaking rates while the middle class is still struggling. And at the same time if we look back at UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon statement during the 54th session of the commission for Social development he said that “2016 must be a year of “global traction” to ensure 3.1 billion people worldwide are not left behind in the race to end poverty”. These two statements clearly shows that the continuous growth of our global challenges is overwhelming and there is a need for a global intervention. Meaning it’s high time to start talking about social entrepreneurship and making the environment feasible for social entrepreneurs to intervene and create solutions to our pressing challenges.

Opportunities for the Social Entrepreneurs!

One of the biggest opportunity social entrepreneurship has is the nature of people we have in our today’s World and Soushiant Zanganehpour[1] puts it best by stating that “There are many factors contributing to this including the rise of Generation Y (millennials)[2]. This generation is a new, connected, socially-conscious, energized global cohort who finds this concept very appealing. This is demonstrated by the products they buy, and by the companies they seek to work for”. This means that this generation is positive and willing to support social enterprises due to the current state of problems of which are most felt by the same generation.

Access to fund has always been one of biggest challenges for both startup and scaling up social enterprise, but according to Harvard business review of January-February 2012 titled “A new approach to funding Social Enterprise” showed that an increasing number of social entrepreneurs and investors are coming to realize that social enterprises of all sorts can also generate financial returns that will make them attractive to the right investors. This realization will dramatically increase the amount of capital available to these organizations.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR

"Entrepreneurship is the pursuit of opportunities beyond controlled resources"

As a young entrepreneur this definition of entrepreneurship by Professor Howard Stevenson from the Harvard Business School has manifested what exactly happen in my start-up business development. I am sure it is going to inspire you too especially if you want to start and become an entrepreneur. Let me explain its parts in detail:

Pursuit,

Implies a singular relentless focus, this is true, as an entrepreneur you will always need to activate your idea in reality as you get it. You will have to do something with whatever you have without waiting; you will have that urge to show tangible progress to attract resources. In a simple language an entrepreneur believe in acting upon ideas to materialize them so they can attract its progress to meet their vision.

Opportunities,

This implies to an offering that is novel in one or four of the following ways:
  •  Pioneering a truly innovative product
  •  Devising a new business model
  •  Creating a better or cheaper version of an existing product
  •  Targeting an existing product to new sets of customers

Above is what an opportunity entails, this is due to the fact that, everything is actually existing in terms of resources and functions so as an entrepreneur you will recognize an opportunity which will mean improving what is available.

Beyond resource controlled,

This implies resource constraints, as an entrepreneur you will always have less resources at the beginning so you will have to minimize cost and leverage your time by mobilizing your own funds to impinge in your initiative. You will do this to develop your business cash flow so it sustains itself in future and of course attract more funds from external investors. An entrepreneur will make sure the business stands out for other investors to join the force.

What are the risks entrepreneurs face at the beginning?

Entrepreneurs face risks because they always pursue novel opportunities while lacking enough resources to venture into their start-up businesses. Such risks come in four main types:

  1. Demand risk, this relates to customers willingness to adopt the solution envisioned by you as an entrepreneur. You will always be uncertain on this.
  2. Technology risk, this is very high when engineering or scientific breakthrough is required to bring a solution to fruition, you will also be uncertain
  3.  Execution risk, this one relates to entrepreneurs ability to attract employees and partners who can implement the venture’s plan.
  4. Financing risk, this one relates to whether external capital will be available on the reasonable terms.

Let me tell you, above risks are what makes people become entrepreneurs, everything above is uncertain it needs your readiness to take such risk and start, not everyone can do this only entrepreneurs.

To minimize these risks, entrepreneurs are always following these steps in their establishment.
  •  Lean experiment: at this level you will have to test your minimal product to know whether customers need it and they are ready to buy, this product will also work as your learning process to validate it before producing more.
  •  Staged investing, this is when an entrepreneur utilize his/her resources according to the level of investment  milestone, here as an entrepreneur you should not expend resourced needed for the next investment before realizing the success of the recent milestones.
  • Partnering, this allows an entrepreneur to reduce risk by expending other people’s resources and sometimes rely on the risk taken on their side. On return the entrepreneur’s initiative grows.
  •  Storytelling, this is when an entrepreneur tells his story to other people so they get inspired and choose to impinge their resources in his/her venture. So as an entrepreneur you will need to be an inspirational leader of your initiative, you will need to be able to inspire others to choose collaborating with you and investing in your initiative.

Now try to think deeper on this definition of entrepreneurship above, doesn't it make you inspired to become an entrepreneur the way it did to me? You just need to do what some of the above to become one of them.

I wish you the best

THE INVISIBLE POWER WITHIN YOU

Have you ever thought of why sometimes your plans in life yield unexpected results? Probably you had been like me who after seeing such a situation most of time I decided to believe that I will always never get what I expect and I must be ready for that. However this philosophy of mine had been contradicting me for I then started arguing within myself as for what purpose should I continue planning if I am sure I am not going to get what I expected?

Today I found another discovery that…

However life is how we make it, which means it depends on the choices we make and behaviors we practice every moment in life but behind those choices there are powerful processes which goes on invisibly that are critical, automated and natural factors of life which corresponds to our choices and plans in the realistic point of view. They are there to make sure all our plans are realistic beyond our plans and perception and these powerful processes are what will bring the true result of our plans and choices of life which most of the time goes opposite to our projected results since ours are not realistic.

Your invisible powers and processes are TRUE and FARE

Since your invisible processes are always there to respond to your choices and trying to bring out the reality of your choice so they will always be TRUE and FARE to you. Remember your life plans and choices activate these powers to work within you, so if you have made unrealistic plans and choice they will work to realize them in their true color and you will be disappointed of the results of your plans to be quite different from what you expected.

This is to say that there is a possibility of us getting what we expected out of our plans only if we are true and realistic of what we plan or choose in life. And the only thing which will be true to you is the one which inspires you to do. Just to make it clear an inspiration is what corresponds to your inner calling. That is discovering your CALLING and responding to it by doing what it asks you to do. If your calling is to do business, teach, create something new then if you respond to it accordingly that is your inspiration since it comes from within you so it is easy for your doings to correspond to your invisible powerful processes and yield expected results and sometimes beyond expectation and not below.

Your take away for today

Whenever you see unexpected results out of your plans and choices in life, sit down and explore whether your choices are realistic and whether they are your inspiration. It is obvious that you will discover these two factors not to be true so make some contemplation to discover what could be the reality and if this also doesn't help, meditate to discover whether you are living your origin i.e. whether you are living your calling and GOD’S purpose of you being in the world. By doing so you will be shifting your belief from your EGO to who you were real made to be.

Thanks

YOU WERE BORN TO CHANGE!

Have you ever thought of change being a root course of any development in your life? Of course it goes further to family and national level. As I was trying to think of development today, it came in my mind that if I will keep doing things the same way everyday it is very obvious that, I will keep getting the same results every day. I just want to believe that, what I am suggesting here is very logical. So the day I am going to change my way is when development will happen and I will experience new results.

But again, if change determine new results then it depends on the type of change I am going to undertake, if they are negative change it means I will experience new but negative results, the opposite is true and for me development comes out of positive change. So, we are always supposed to think of changing our way of life so we develop but the change we make should be determined by our vision i.e. what we intend to achieve at the end.

If that is logic,

Then the purpose I and you were born is to change the world. Changing it in a positive way so it makes your own life easier and favorable to everyone around you. I am very convinced that you are where you are now because you had been changing the way you do your things time to time. One can have poor development or big development depending on his/her speed of changing but not in a destructive manner. I think one of the critical factors for development is having constant positive change in life.

Do I deserve challenges in life?

If and only if you believe in change for development then the whole process must be tested now and then to improve your competence in undertaking the process of change and abiding to the critical factors which will materialize the result you intend out of it. Challenges are signals to tell you what you are supposed to do beyond what you are doing so that you achieve at maximum. It is obvious that without them you will keep doing the same way and same things hence get the same results.

Therefore we absolutely need to be very positive with any challenge we face in life, we need to take an advantage of them so we get a reason to change and develop more. It is like examinations during your schools time, they were challenges in a different name, they made you know how and what you should learn for next examination to pass. In life challenges play exactly the same role examinations played as you were in school. Let me ask you a question, hadn't be examinations, would you have been mentioned as a successful student at the end? Of course not, the same to life, without overcoming challenges you will ever be mentioned as a successful person.

Now you must understanding that…

You were born to change for you to get the life you want, denying to change is denying the success you want in life, is also creating your poverty assurance. I know most people are not comfortable with new changes because they are comfortable with their prevailing way of life. But since you real want a better life then you just need to believe that you were born to change and you must be positive with any change you are demanded to undertake so you succeed.

Remember you were born to change, make this your philosophy so you have positive attitude towards it. All the best.

A DARING ATTITUDE & SELF CONFIDENCE

As a little child my parents tell me I loved to stand out in the crowd, I wasn't scared of anything or anyone around me, I just wanted to be ME and do my own stuff as I please. I never wanted anyone to disturb me when I was doing my chores like cleaning my room, washing my school uniforms and other activities since I wanted to focus on my activities.

My dad, tells me when he had an opportunity to travel at my grandmother’s home in Mbeya, he would take me with him in a train without my mother (due to her tight schedule back then as a bank clerk), and we would travel alone in a journey of 1000 Miles in a train. He told me people who traveled with us in the same train cabin loved me a lot because I entertained them, how?? Whenever, I felt there was total quietness and calmness in the train, I would just stand up and start singing to these passengers that I never knew off, and the whole cabin would clap, smile and sing along with me in my childish songs. My job was to entertain and bring a live spirit in the train cabin until when I get tired then fall asleep in my father’s arms.

As I continued to grow up, I found myself being elected as a leader in many occasions not because I was smart than the rest of the kids in class No, but it was because I had a zeal, urge to try something new every time I had an opportunity wherever I went, that created a leadership spirit in me from my baby class to the present be it in church, school, or work place, I have had always a position to hold even if it was just being a group leader. This came as a result of my “daring attitude and self-confidence”.

This attitude has taken me to places, and I have met people and shake the hands of those I never thought I would in my life time.

So, do you have that daring attitude and self-confidence?

Many a times golden opportunities pass us by, because we are too scared to try or we even do not trust ourselves if we can make it. Ask yourself, how many times there was an opportunity presented to you in different ways that could make you move to another level, but you turned it down because you were too scared to go out of your comfort zone and try it out?? How about that work opportunity in marketing, customer care, preaching, dancing, recording, modeling, inspiring others, training to mention but a few you just turned them down??
Have you ever asked yourself, where would you be if it weren't for your self-pity and lack of confidence had they not hold you back?

Look, success comes to those who are willing to shake it all off their shoulders, come out in public to the World and tell themselves and the World that they can do it.  I have started a range of different businesses since back in college; I have had my fair share of failures along the way, but guess what?? I have never tried to quit, because to me failure is rather a learning experience than a self-pity and drawback. I have been able to rise again and start all over or change the plan if need be, and every day I look at the mirror and tell myself “Ruth, you can make it, because you are a great person, and great woman, you are a fighter”. These words have never disappointed me at any point since when I started talking to myself, they have become part of me and that is who I am and continues to be.

When one is set out to do something,

he/she must not get weary at the beginning. Yes, the journey is going to be tough with lots of crooked paths, but who ever said success comes easily?? Success is a long journey I call it adventurous, because I am still on my way to success I have not reached where I want to. Success requires a person who;

  • Never gives up on his/her dreams and visions despite on many failures that may come up along the way.
  • A person who will be self-motivated and focused to achieve that which he/she desires.
  • A person who has a good sense of judgment over issues that are happening around his environment especially those that might have some effect on his/her visions/dreams
  • A person who will listen to different advice from mentors/friends/family but at the end of the day be able to pick on the most valid advice (according to his/her perception) and be able to go through with his plans. This is crucial, do not make decisions based on someone’s else opinions if you see it won’t work for you, this will save you from blaming other people in case things turns out differently. Decide because you believe it in your heart that it’s going to work.
  • A person who is patient in whatever is doing. Success does not require a person who is impatient. WHY? Because success is a process, it needs a person who will be able to take it one day at a time, endure the rough roads on the way.

A lot of people think that success can come so easily when one is connected to highly influenced people in the society. It is not true. Those connections that one intends to build so that he can make things easier, will only open up for more challenges since you won’t be alone seeking the connections of such people.  I am not saying it is bad to seek connections; it is very good in fact I do that every day when I meet someone new with an influence in the society. What I am trying to communicate here is that, one should never think that the connections he/she creates will guarantee quick success, in fact he should prepare for more battles on the way to success, because success requires hard work and persistence. Because even the people you think they will grant you success that easily, would want to see you work hard without giving up, that’s the hurting truth ya’ll need to know, because success is a journey you ought to travel and not a spoon feeding experience.

You can be whatever you want to be...

You can be whatever you want to be, just get out of that “comfort zone” you are in, tell yourself I can do it no matter the challenges that I may have to encounter. Surround yourself with people who will inspire you and hold your hand to the end and don’t let anyone talk you out of your dreams if they have never walked through that journey, and even if they have walked through it, keep in mind their tests won’t be your tests. Have the power to make right choices because CHOICE IS POWER and lack of it makes you powerless and blown by every wind that comes through.

Stand UP and Stand Out from the crowd, because you are already successful by the fact that you have dared to materialize your dream!

YOU ARE BEYOND WHAT YOU KNOW!

A human being will always live according to what he/she know, his/her knowledge is the determinant of his behavior and in case you do know, your behavior is nothing rather than your repeated and experienced actions you practice most of the time. Let me ask you a simple question; are you comfortable doing something you don't know? I bet you are not. This only proves my above statement that you will always live according to what you know.

But for the sake of our personal development we must take some steps to start living what we actually don't know, and for us to have confidence doing it we just need a BELIEF that we are beyond what we know. This belief will trigger us to find knowledge of what we don't know so that we can be able to do it and change ourselves and life in general.

Today I was in my meditation session, in case you don't know the concept of meditation; this is a process of deepening your thoughts level for you to discover the inner you who controls everything outside you. Back to my session I could see how everything outside me is so minimal to control and command. I am above my body size, above my health, above my finance, above the world and fear is actually nothing before me, I couldn't even see it around. This is to say I am the highest power above my life and I can command whatever I want outside me.

Meditation itself can maximize your confidence to do whatever you desire for it reveals your power and authority you have beyond what you know, it is the inner you. You will be able to discover that you are the spirit which is living within your body and it is bigger in power by far than your body. That is you and you can command your body to be the way you want it to be and your body will obviously respond and respect your command.

Doing beyond what you know

It is easy, for you to do it successfully take some steps of learning about it and practicing the knowledge you have got. Without practicing it there is no doing. That is why most of theory based students can’t do what they have learnt. Learn and don’t wait to do it and for you to be competent do it again and again for the repetition creates a behavior and the behavior becomes you.

So,

Your development is always; living beyond what you know, always be creative by being curious to know new things through learning by doing, I mean practicing the new things you always learn. Learning is in reading books, evaluating your daily routines and drawing lessons out of, listening to other people’s new experience etc. take an advantage of all these ways and leverage your inner power and potential to change your life and do beyond what you know.

This is what I have for you today.

All the best!

SEE HOW I LOVE YOU!

It was true love which made Valentinus pray for his daughter Julia to be healed from blindness in the 270 A.D. Love is very powerful, it drives me to sit down and draw messages from my subconscious mind and write them for you to get what you want in life.

You know what! My love to you is based in God’s determination. Sometimes back in 2008 I went to meditate along Indian Ocean in Dar es Salaam Tanzania, then during my visualization I saw myself sitting parallel with you and sharing you what will help you move on searching for your better life. The vision grew and showed me standing before the podium on stage speaking to thousands of people about how they can better their life, what a life changing moment!

Since then…

My mission to teach you started, it was this time when my love to you got its birth, after my meditation session I left with a purpose in life. I went home and start strategizing what I can do to start teaching you. Any way I decided to start learning by myself to leverage my competence. That was the beginning of my love to reading books, sharing the message I had with everyone I met, stabilizing my focus on teaching, coaching and training people on their life skills.

You know what happened? I ultimately met you here in this blog, hope you can now see my love here; after you finish reading this article please look for more than one hundred articles waiting for you. This is my love for you; I real love you because I love your life.

I love you that’s why…

I have even written a book for you, if you cannot read Swahili in my book titled “Tabia 5 za watu waliofanikiwa” which means (5 habits of successful people) please have me time I am going to translate it in English I promise, this is due to the fact that I real love you.

The vision grew much; in 2012 I decided to start my own company called Truemaisha Consultancy which is recently changed to TrueMaisha Training Co. Limited. This entity is real helping me to reach you easily and offer you more love through its potential training and retreat programs. You can visit our website to know them www.truemaisha.com .

God has planted a purpose to help you in me and I real love this mission which means I love you much. Some people say they don’t believe in God, let me tell you regardless a name you have given whatever you worship but God is there and is love that is why you are alive. As long as you do not understand the secret behind your breath, then he is there and he loves you so much.

Since I am determined by God’s love then just know that I truly love you and please as Valentinus last words to his daughter Julia before he died, “stay close to God” I also ask you today stay close to God then you will experience my love to you.

Keep learning for you to raise your wisdom in life.

SELECTING THE RIGHT PERSON TO MARRY, CONSIDER THIS;

How about you? What determines the right person you should marry? I know you have an answer which is of course right for you due to the fact that you believe in it but the consequences after marriage will prove whether your criteria are right or wrong.

On my side when I was in primary school I had a criteria that the woman I am going to marry must be tall in height, thin, black-skinned and beautiful that is it, and I searched for such a women as I was adult just to discover that all the criteria couldn't make our relationship happier as I expected. How about you?

This scenario of mine made me to believe that there is a criteria I have skipped which is very important and that is what I want to share with you now for I believe this must be the universal principle which can work to anybody who is going to apply it.

Today I met a couple who were cruelly arguing on what determines different events in human life. A woman believes that everything which people faces is God’s plan hence if someone is killed while stealing, abusing drugs etc is God’s plan the same to if a person dies of normal diseases, car accident, eaten by lion in the park or taken by floods, so her conclusion was; a human being cannot control what should happen in his/her life when it is to happen, that is it. On the other side a husband believes that everything is the result of cause and effect, human beings causes a lot of things which happens in their life hence they can just control lots of them not to happen. He gave an example that a thief knows that he/she cannot be killed if she don’t steal so why stealing?  Any way this argument made this couple to stiff misunderstanding to the extent of not speaking to each other for a while.

What is your philosophy compared to a person you want to marry?

To me this is the principle number one to consider before you select a person to marry. Regardless his /her appearances look first whether you are sharing the paradigm and perspective of looking at things and defining life events. If you match, it will be easy to have constructive arguments in your future marriage and this should be happening as you are searching and observing your future wife or husband. Imagine you marry a person who believes that whenever you face financial challenge you are supposed to run to a church and pray 24 hours just to receive a miracle while you believe in working harder to accumulate finance. Now think of how you are going to discuss the solution of your challenge, you must end up in unresolved, stupid conflict.

Simply look for a person who defines life the way you define it, it might be challenging to get the person whom you share a philosophy 100% but if she/he is at least 95% he/she can easily be transformed in time before marriage. But if the transformation rejects completely, believe me you are going to lose a lasting happiness in your future in case you get married, a good thing is that there is a person whom you share philosophy out there, take time to observe and interact with him/ her before you propose for marriage.

I am not saying that...

Marring a person you are sharing the same philosophy in life will make you not conflicting or arguing, the point is, by sharing philosophy you will always have constructive arguments, you will easily resolve your conflicts in a constructive way and you will always end up your arguments with common understanding conclusion. This way happiness will last in your marriage and this is what you actually need.

You see now!

Beauty, appearance, money and other external factors are important but not the first things to consider and determine who you should marry. Work hard to discover the internal part of the man’s or woman’s mindset before going outside her/him.

I hope these few insights will help you a lot.

All the best!

Make your 2015 with unlimited success!

2015 is right here, do you know that this can still be 2014 only if you do not change your habit around your prospects? if you real want to mean that this is a new year you must be new also. You now need to sit down, reflect and evaluate your 2014, look back on the goals and objectives you had and what you have achieved so far. By doing this process expect to find some areas to improve from your last year's goals, make them your new year's goals and set up a strategy on how you are going to work on them in 2015.

As you think on the new year strategy keep evaluating your 2014 strategy, if in some ways it didn't work then rethink newly so that you come up with a new working strategy for 2015, I am saying this due to fact that using the same failed strategy assures you same results in 2015.

My emphasis again is that you do not need to come up with new brands of goals in 2015 just draw goals from 2014 goals so that you prolong the growth of those goals. It is not brilliant to come up with something very new which is not connected to what you started in 2014 if you didn't achieve fully. even though you managed to achieve it, still you need to treat it as a foundation for your 2015 goals.

With this advice of mine I have prepared few questions for you to ask as you make up your new year 2015.

PERSONAL EVALUATION GUIDING QUESTIONS
·         What was the most fun I had this past year?
·         What did I lean this past year?
·         What did I change for good this past year?
·         What bad habits did I pick up this past year?
·         What books had the biggest impact on me this past year?

Bye!
